YUMMY! I've never made this before. Anytime I have it at a restaurant I'm not crazy about it...but this recipe was VERY good and VERY easy!!!! I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could! Thanks!

Easy and yummy! I used provolone cheese instead of swiss...it was all I had, but it was gooood! I'll use swiss next time. Thanks for this quick, easy recipe!

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Yummy! Easy to make! Thanks for a great dessert!! 1/06/09...I made them again...but this time I made the "Best Brownie" recipe from this site instead of using cookies...baked the brownies in the muffin tin, put the cream cheese mixture on top and baked until set...and then a chocolate ganache on top of that...YUM! This is a fun recipe to play with!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
YUMMY!!! Thank you, thank you for a delicious frosting! It's SO easy and not too sweet...everyone loved it! The only thing different that I did was use a stick and a half of butter to make it more fluffy, and a little extra peanut butter...whipped it up good and piped it through a ziplock bag. I made chocolate cupcakes and scooped out a little of the middle and heated up some marshmallow fluff and piped it into the cupcake and put the frosting on top (I know, I'm a cow! I was PMSing and wanted to make it even more of a treat than it was ;o). My cupcakes looked just like the one in the picture! This frosting is a keeper...I plan to use it constantly! Oh, and to the poster that said it was "too peanutty".........DUH!!!! From the recipe did she think it was going to taste like strawberry?!?!?!?! LOL! Thanks again for a great frosting!!!!

Feta Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
YUM! I really liked this recipe! However, mine would have to be called Blue Cheese chicken because I didn't have Feta =). I took the advice of other posters and added fresh chopped basil and some of the jarred sun dried tomatoes...I don't know who was the first to suggest the fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes but BRAVO! Great flavor! I wanted to marinate my chicken in Robusto Italian Dressing but forgot so I poured the dressing over the chicken after I rolled the cheese mixture in it...then I sprinkled bread crumbs over it...YUMMY! I will definitely make this again! I can't wait to try it with Feta cheese!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2008
YUMMY! I followed the recipe...didn't change a thing...it was very good. My picky 18 year old liked it. I love how fast and easy it was! I ALWAYS forget to defrost chicken...so this recipe was great for me! I made it a completely easy dinner by making those new Ore Ida garlic mashed potatoes (they are peeled and cut you just pop the bag in the microwave for 10 min. then add milk and mash them!) I steamed a bag of frozen veggies too. Thanks for this quick and easy recipe! It's a keeper!

Eggplant Rollatini

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2008
Thanks for this recipe! I don't know why I never made this from scratch before! I usually make eggplant like Lasagna. I did not use Prosciutto. And I didn't peel the eggplant, I left the skin on. Also soaked it for a little bit first. I made a ricotta cheese mixture that I do for lasagna which is ricotta, egg, Italian Medley seasoning and shredded mozzarella...I mix it all together before spreading it on the eggplant. I think next time I'll add garlic powder to the bread crumbs and spinach to the ricotta mixture. I also want to broil it instead of fry it next time. Of course I use LOTS of shredded cheese on top! It was yummy! I'll be making this for my daughters 3rd B-day party in December rather than paying $35 for half tray for it from my local deli (but theirs is really good too). Thanks for sharing!!!

Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Grilled Onions

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
YUM!!!! I made these for my brother when he came for dinner (big mushroom fan!) He LOVED THEM! We all did! I marinated the mushrooms in Robusto Italian dressing (my favorite to use for a marinade)...and I used crumbled Blue Cheese for some and crumbled Feta for others. I'm going to try it with gorgonzola next time. I will make these OFTEN! It doesn't need the grilled onions...I made them because I like grilled onions...but these are great by themselves! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

The Easiest Chocolate Pudding Cake

Holy chocolaty goodness!!!! I added like half cup of sour cream too...because I always add sour cream to cakes. It's so moist and yummy! Not sickening sweet...my family and I loved it! Beware! You must have a tall glass of milk on hand!!!

Insalata Caprese II

DELISH! I chopped the basil in slivers to top it...I even sliced some very thin slivers of garlic...I used red wine vinegar because my family isn't much for balsamic. I've made it 5 times in 2 weeks!

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
I thought this recipe was really good. I know I messed it up a bit...My 2 year old daughter was cranky, hanging on my leg! But it still came out really good...even my extremely picky 18 year old liked it! I used dry white wine instead of chicken broth...and I didn't have sun dried tomatoes so I used a can of diced...I know that altered the the taste...but it was still really good. I'd say this recipe is pretty much fool proof!!!! Thanks for sharing! I'll try to make it right next time...LOL!

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
VERY YUMMY! It didn't thicken very much, but that was my fault...After I poured the pint of heavy cream and stick of butter into the pot...I grated some Locatelli cheese and realized that I did not have 1 1/2 cups...I only had ONE cup! DUH ME!!!! I took the advice of other posters and added garlic powder and a little fresh ground pepper and sea salt. It was DELISH! I will definitely make it right next time!!!! I poured it over penne pasta and broccoli...ya know, to give it a healthy twist! LOL! YUM!

Best Brownies

"Best" brownies is an understatement! These are FANTASTIC brownies! I make them all the time...people RAVE about them! When making the icing I have to add a little more water slowly to get the right consistency...but they are so so good!!!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
YUMMY!!! I always make pot roast in the slow cooker...but never used mushroom soup...I don't know why! This was really good. As always, I floured the roast and browned it...I also used beef broth and added slices of baby portabello mushrooms, onions and baby carrots. I had to add more flour to thicken because I had a lot of gravy. I served it with mashed potatoes...my guests LOVED it! I usually just slow cooked it with beef broth, onion soup mix and added onions, carrots and potatoes. But I will definitely make it this way from now on! The reviewer who said it didn't look appetizing did something wrong. Mine was NOT gray...it looked and smelled great!

Scalloped Cheese Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
YUMMY! I made this yesterday for a bunch of my in-laws...I have a habit of cooking things I've never cooked before when I'm having company...brave or crazy?...I don't know. It was DELISH! I took the advice of a couple other posters who said to add milk and sour cream...YUM! Because I'm cooking with a 20 month old running circles around me, I forget things...I didn't drop the butter in between the layers but we didn't miss it...it was probably better that I didn't use the butter. I will definitely make this again. THANKS!
