Seriously, I could put this on everything...it's incredible. I probably used 1/2 c more coconut milk to thin it, and used crunchy PB.

I would give this recipe a gazillion stars! I made them on a whim yesterday after work to take to a church event. I love the not terribly sweet, cakey cookie with the supersweet spicy glaze drizzled on top. Absolutely one of my favorite ever cookies that I'll make over and over!

Sadly, this recipe as written is a flop for me. I wanted to love it. It's far too sugary and the pan is too small and there are not enough peaches. If you decide to make it, seriously consider the other reviewer's suggestions. I made it by the original recipe, even omitting half the sugar on the peaches, and it was just...syrupy. The peaches I used were flavorful, but it got lost in the overpowering syrup. I think modifications on this one are probably on the money.
