Jalapeno Popper Spread
Yum….this was so good. I mixed panko bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese and baked in the oven as suggested by other reviewers. I think it makes a nicer presentation. I served it with crostini made by slicing a baguette into ¼ inch slices, brushing with combination of olive oil and melted butter (2T each) with crushed garlic (4 cloves), and cooking in 350 oven for 8-10 minutes.

Hot or Cold Vegetable Frittata
Great flavor; easy to make if you use a food processor for the vegetables. This is definitely a keeper.
