I'm an eccentric! I love roller coasters, but I also love reading. What I really dig about cooking has less to do with food and more to do with nurturing - making the ones I love happy. I don't have an oven so everything I make is cooked on a Coleman camping stove, a toaster oven and a George Foreman grill. Spaghetti is my old standby - it's fast, fun and always tastes delicious. But I ESPECIALLY love cooking anything I've never cooked before. I don't really have any, because I hated cooking when I was younger - I couldn't even scramble eggs. I picked up cooking on my own, as an adult. When this guy I had a crush on was over at my house, I cooked him glazed apple cookies from this site, and other things like my own special spaghetti and chicken fajitas. He absolutely loved everything I cooked - now that's success! (He's my boyfriend now). Any time I use too much salt is a tragedy to me!
