There is a salmon dish served at Cheesecake Factory that I cannot get away from ordering when we have the chance to go there and this recipe reminded me of one of the sauces they serve. It was delicious and this is now one of our favorite dinners. Even my son, who is sometimes a picky eater, loved it and asked for more. Excellent recipe - glad I tried it!

This recipe needs adjustments. Not enough lemon taste - maybe more than 6 ounces. I think the suggestions of cream cheese instead of condensed milk is a good idea because it is just too sweet.
