This recipe turned out incredible!! I took the advice of others and used 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup apple sauce. 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups sugar. I didn't have any nutmeg so didn't use it. I couldn't taste the difference. I used a bread loaf dish and a cupcake dish and they baked perfectly. kept the cupcakes in for 25 min. I would definitely make this bread again. Very fluffy and moist. I think whisking the flour makes all the difference. I used a cream cheese topping mix (from this site) for the cupcakes. Anyone who loves pumpkin breads must try this recipe!

This recipe is amazing! I added 1 tablespoon vanilla to the batter and a 1/2 cup of almonds for that extra crunch. My husband loved it!!!

This cake is soooo moist it almost falls apart in your hands. Everyone loved this recipe so much, a day after it was all gone, I was asked to make it again. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect!
