Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
amazing!!! I too used romano with the parm cheese and i didnt have any onion powder, but it still turned out amazing. my whole family loved the unique taste that the fish provides. I will definately make it again

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
I made it for my parents on the side of steak, and it was absolutely delicious. Nothing else was needed and I got many compliments on the mashed potatoes. They came out perfectly.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I hate to say it, but after all of the hype, I was a little disappointed. There seemed to be a ratio issue with the product. The cream cheese comes off way to strong, so I would suggest using less. It wasn't terrible, but I would not make it again.
