Grecian Pork Tenderloin
We have a local Greek Restuarant, that I thought served the best pork ever. Not any more!! This is fantastic. Did not change a thing. I will serve it with tzaziki next time.

Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev
We loved this. I used fresh garlic rather than powder for both the butter mixture and the coating, and used crushed rice crispies and bread crumbs for the coating. Very crunchy and delicious! Will make for a crowd next time.

Basil and Pesto Hummus
I added a bit more garlic (because I love it!), a bit more oil and vinegar, and a tuch of really hot water to soften it up just a bit. I can't wait for my friends to try it for our Canada Day celebration.
