I have a wife and twin sons who are currently 4 years old. Love to cook Italian, but my favorites take a while to cook so I rarely get the chance anymore. Now that we've had the boys, most dinners have to be quick and something they like. Fortunately, they love pasta. I've been able to duplicate some of our favorites from restaurants and from our childhoods. As I was setting the table for several guests, I discovered that the meat was over an hour undercooked.
