Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This was so garlic-ky and chunky (and I LOVE garlic). I put it through the food processor afterwards and added some brown sugar because it was so tart. *shrug*

Toll House(R) White Chip Chocolate Cookies
Such a nice (& better) alternative to the original chocolate chip. These are thick cookies and are just perfect.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
Yumm! I did sub in breadcrumbs for potato chips, added a 1/3 c milk, and use shredded colby/monterey jack cheese (not a fan of american cheese). This was sooo easy and sooo good and made lots of food! The husband asked me to "add this to our rotation" of commonly cooked meals. :)
