Apple Bread
Good recipe, but a tad bit sweet. If I were to make it again I would cut the amount of sugar by a 1/2 cup.

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies
Quite tasty - I opted to use medium cheddar instead of sharp. Next time I would increase the spice load - I would have liked a little more zip!

Spiced Plum Pork Chops
I actually really enjoyed this recipe, though the meat wasn't as tender as I would have liked. I used a full cup of pineapple juice and an additional plum.
