Hearty Lasagna Soup
Not enough broth for me. I added 2 cups tomato juice and spiced it up as we like it. As previously mentioned....great base but needs work. Still very simple and fast, which in my book is a plus!

Poor Man's Pepper Steak
Absolutely good! I too cooked this on the stovetop,simmered for about 20 minutes to allow peppers to cook. I added 2 Tbs of gravy master (or worchester sauce?) to brown and season the liquid.

Ham 'N' Cheese Pie
I agree that picky kids who aren't crazt about eggs will love it. Only problem was it was bland and needed spicing up (thyme, italian seasoning, whatever you like), and more cheeses or a zippy blend! In all was a hit!
