Anything italian, orange dream cakes, grilling anything, cheesecake.

My cooking triumphs
Making 12 dozen cookies in less than 4 hours on christmas day. Snickerdoodles, mexican wedding cakes, and chocolate chip. It was hot!
My cooking tragedies
The fist time I tried pancakes.... the pancakes were 9' in diameter in a curved (regular) cooking pan at 9....DISASTER! Also, the first time I tried making buttercream frosting....I burnt the sugar, terribly.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Oh wow, I have never had snicker doodles and I accidentally put the oven on 325 instead of 400...I even forgot the shortening (DONT EVER FORGET) but they were still easy and simple. I LOVED THEM. They are my new favorite cookies and has been named my new holiday cookie. Seriously, if you have young children or you are terrible at baking this recipe will never go wrong.

Mexican Wedding Cookies
I am very unimpressed. I made two batches of batter and let it chill overnight. It was too difficult to actually get the batter from the bowl and shape them, then they turned to liquid butter in the cookie pans. Finally I put them in muffin pans and only half turned out right while the other half turned to . What did "come out" were paper thin, and tasted like . DO NOT TRY THIS RECIPE
