Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
I really liked this recipe. I added some fresh ginger, green onions and red pepper. I used left over chicken tenders. Will definately make this again.

Wild Rice and Beef Casserole
My husband is a picky eater and he loved this dish. I added cheese in between layers of beef and rice mixture. Next time I will add more soy sauce and curry as others suggested. The flavors were a little too subtle for me. I will keep this one in my box!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
This was extremely easy and quick to prepare. My husband, who is a very picky eater, loved the sauce. We had this with a side of wilted spinich and pine nuts. Will definately make again!
