Banana Cream Pie I

I made this with a vanilla wafer crust & meringue on top. It was delicious! I did bake it for about 15 minutes so that the meringue could brown. The only thing was that it did set up as I would have liked, which made it difficult to serve because it just wanted to fall apart. Maybe next time I'll try to cook it longer.

Meringue II

I haven't made meringue since I was about 12 years old and I'm 23 now. It took longer to form peaks than I remember and I was starting to worry that I did something wrong. But it eventually got stiff and not only does it look beautiful on top my banana cream pie, but it tastes delicious! Thanks you!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Awesome! Instead of 3/4 cup Red Hot, I used 1/4 of Red Hot, 1/2 stick butter, 1 Tsp of mexican habanero sauce, and diced jalepenos. Delicious!

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

I will definitely make these again! My boyfriend and I decided to prepare extra sauce and keep them in a crock pot to share with his family. We made about 12 stuffed peppers and still had extra meat mixture. We added a few meatballs and then decided to freeze the rest of the meat for next time. This is a great recipe, thanks!
