Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
I've always been a poor broth soup maker, so I was hesitant to try a soup which looked so easy, as I've tried making chicken soup from whole chickens, etc. and it was a waste of time because it never had great chickeney flavor and the end product was cloudy. This was the easiest and best chicken soup I've ever tried. I also sauteed the carrots first to make them more tender. I used very good quality bought chicken broth and would recommend the same. Use white pepper, it seems to really add to this soup.
