Farmer's Casserole
My family did not like this recipe, not sure if it is b/c I added cooked sausage instead of ham???

I liked this a lot, however my family said this is better as a side dish, I disagree!

Fiesta Chicken Casserole
The enitre family loved it, we used medium pace picante made the dish have a small spicy kick to it. Instead of canned chicken I used four chicken breast.
