Animal Crackers
-Changes I made: 3tsp Honey, 1/2cup all purpose flour, 1/4cup whole wheat flour. -dough was very, very easy to work with. -had a hearty oatmeal biscuit flavor, but worked very well with a little icing and sprinkles. -When I found the recipe I was looking for something with a better nutritional value to replace a sugar cookie because I promised the kids we would make cookies with sprinkles. - I look forward to playing with the recipe, maybe adding cinnamon, or ginger, vanilla, maybe even chocolate. Add just enough icing so sprinkles will stick and this is a great rainy day cookie making recipe without being over the top in sugar levels.

Apple Crisp II
Very nice basic, a comfort food classic. I think next time I'll add some cinnamon to the topping mix as well and maybe some corn starch to the water to thicken it a little. All in all very good starting point, try it as written first then tweek a little to your taste.

Hummus III
I don't know much about hummus, but I know I've had some I liked and some I didn't like. I started eating it the day I made it and was very disappointed with it, so it sat in the fridge for a couple days. Not wanting to waste it I finally pulled it out again and was surprised at how much better it was. So now I am very pleased with this recipe, I just know that for my taste I need to let it refrigerate over night to mellow out before I'm going to like it.
