I liked this recipe a lot, I made a few minor changes, used frozen mixed vegetables (lower in sodium than canned) and sprikled parmesan cheese on top. If you want protien I recomend adding pre cooked frozen meat balls, or browned hamburger would be good. I did this with the left overs and was very pleased with the result.
