I've had some time on my hands recently so I'm enjoying stretching myself in the kitchen and learning to cook new things. A had one week earlier this year where I cooked a different Thai meal every night. Other than that my food is mostly English, French or Italian inspired. Most meals contain an onion or shallot, and my most useful ingredient is creme fraiche as it is so versatile.
