Butter Pound Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
Made this the first time following the recipe except added rum instead of lemon. It was very good. Used this the second time to make petite fours for a shower. Made 1/2 of the recipe and baked in a jelly roll pan, then cut and used rolled foundant from this site. Love this cake.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
I found this was a little soft, had to keep adding powdered sugar. But was easy to work with and tasted great. I used it over the butter pound from this site for some little bite sized cakes for a baby shower. Thanks for the great recipe.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

I have made this several times now. It also freezes well. You can freeze the dough or bake the loaves and freeze them. Excellent recipe.

A Pad Thai Worth Making

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
This was very good, my husband and son loved it. I used it as a side dish with chicken satay so it was alot more than 3 servings. That was ok becaused it was even better reheated. I did not add lime and I only used shrimp because had a chicken dish with it. Will make this again.

Glazed Ham Balls

This would be ok for a pot luck but it was too sweet to be a main dish. My husband and son did not like it. It was ok but not great.

Prime Rib

This was so good my family has requested it for Christmas dinner this year. Using a meat thermometer is the key. I did not use mustard I used garlic and steakhouse pepper blend mixed with olive oil.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2007
I have made this several times now. I have also made the dough and then divided it into 2, rolled it out and added cinimmon and raisins to one and garlic and butter to the other. Then rolled then up and placed each one whole in a loaf pan. It made 2 loaves of the best bread. This dough is the one I us all of the time now.
