Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
This is not a dish for anyone eating healthy, but it is more than worth the extra calories. Me and my boyfriend made this for dinner tonight, and it was fantastic. It was so easy to make, and we had almost all of the ingredients already. The only things we really changed were that we added crushed red pepper to the breadcrumbs and we didn't use the dill in the sauce. We served it with rice and corn. And when we cut the corn off of the cob, we used some of the extra butter sauce on it and it was great. We will definitely be making this recipe again. I'm even going to tell my mom about it.
