Venison Pot Roast
As far as seasonings, this was great. I made a decent sized roast (Probably 6 lbs) and let it cook for the specified times - but it turned out dry an quite overdone. I'll take that into consideration next time, and maybe only cook for 2 hours. The gravy was pretty sweet.

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
Delicious, easy to make, and fast. My husband and kids thought it was the best chicken I'd ever made, and there was talk at the dinner table of me being the best cook they had ever met. Haha. Guess I'll be making this again soon...

Garlic Broccoli Spears
My husband gives this dish a 4.5, since he loves garlic. I thought the flavor was good - the garlic was a little strong, but I would make it again. My kids ate it up.
