I have not tried it yet..but I have made other types of enchiladas before. And it tastes good not to mention adds more meat for the "manly men". If you add chicken and beef. Also something interesting I added the last time I made them was celery..it adds a vegtable and makes it crunchy. Even my anti green husband enjoyed it and barely noticed the green.

I've made this recipe several times for my husband and he loves it. I haven't used the cereal and it turns out just fine. Changes..Less butter

I liked this, I was looking for something quick easy and different, and this worked great. I switched swiss out for chedder and added some sun dried tomatoes, great meal!
