Corn and Crab Bisque
DELICIOUS. I made it exactly as it said to, except I used imitation crab (only 8oz was plenty to me) because fresh crab is crazy expensive. It was soooo good and my husband (who does not like corn) absolutely loved it. I will be making this again and often!

Buttery Rolls
First of all, bread is my favorite food: Not only are these rolls the best bread you will ever put in your mouth, but they are also beautiful! This recipe beats the pants off of my old one. Follow the directions as listed and you can't go wrong. They do not turn out too sticky or too dry. I love these rolls (and so does everyone who I've made them for), and crave them all of the time!

Juicy Roasted Chicken
Best chicken recipe....ever. I can't even tell you how much I love this chicken. It is so juicy and so delicious. Follow the recipe exactly (at least the first time you make it) and do not add any additional seasonings. I do recommend cutting the butter by 1/3 or so because you really do not need that much for it to turn out as juicy as ever. Season it liberally, baste every 20 minutes or so, and reap the rewards of your minimal labor later. This recipe is soooo good. 10 stars!
