Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were great and stayed soft for days after making them. I'm surprised they lasted that long though! I took another reviewer's advice and added baking powder and more vanilla. I used walnuts but will try pecans next time I make them.

Teriyaki Chicken
Mmmm mmmmm delicious! The only change I made was using brown sugar instead of white as others had suggested. I'll definitely be making this one again, thanks for the recipe.

Beef Parmesan with Garlic Angel Hair Pasta
My husband and I thought this was great. I took other reviewers' suggestions and seasoned the cubed steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before the bread crumbs/cheese mixture. I didn't have to use nearly as much of the bread crumb/cheese mixture as the recipe called for so next time I'll cut that in half just so I don't waste it.
