Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)

Very, very athentic, but I agree, you must add cumin and a little garlic!!! Our family loved it!

Creamiest Rice Pudding

I agree you need to cook it more than 60 min. It takes 80-90 min. The amount of milk does seem like a lot but it is the perfect amount. My husband loved it. Said it was just like his momma made.

Cheese Cake Cups

My daughter is in a dessert club in 6th grade. It was her turn to bring something and she choose this recipe. It was a hit. The individual cups worked perfect for the club. She added a strawberry slice to each when served.
