Andrea's Pasta Fagioli
Delicious soup. I didn't have a large can of tomato sauce so I used crushed tomatoes. It had a slightly sweet taste. My husband loved it and is planning to take leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Clone of a Cinnabon
Amazing cinnamon rolls. I've made them three times now and each time I make them I get rave reviews. Delicious cinnamon flavor. It's hard to decide which is better the roll or the frosting.

Carrot Cake III
Just because it's called carrot cake does not mean it is going to be healthy and/or dry. This cake is very moist and flavorful (sinful). I made it last night for my husband's birthday and everyone said how delicious it was. The only things I changed was instead of 2 cups sugar I added 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar, added one 8 oz can of crushed pineapples (drained) and instead of pecans I added 1 cup of raisins. Birthday boy doesn't like nuts. Like other reviewers I cut back on the powdered sugar in the frosting to a little less than 3 cups and it was perfect for us. My sister even said the frosting tasted light. :) Thanks for the delicious recipe Tammy. This one will be used over and over.
