Pumpkin Gingerbread
This is really good! I made 5 mini loaves but probably could have made 6. 40-45 minutes at 350. I was heavy handed with the spices and also added ground cloves by mistake, but it was really good. So easy to make!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are delicious! I used the OJ as others suggested, otherwise followed the recipe as directed. The cookies are tasty, soft and chewy. Easy to make, too. Mine needed about 10 minutes in the oven. Will make again.

Lemon Bundt Cake
This was very good. Lots of lemony flavor, well liked by everyone. Did a glaze of powdered sugar, milk and lemon extract.
