About this Cook
I started cooking a couple years ago, because I moved out with my boyfriend at the time and we needed meals. As I got better, I started to enjoy cooking more and more. Now I have one beautiful child with my wonderful husband, who likes almost everything that I cook (experiment or not). Cooking for me has now become almost a release at the end of the day, which is funny because growing up I hated cooking.
My favorite things to cook
Most everything. I dont always have alot of time to make dinner, so typically something quick.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Corned beef and cabbage. My mom makes the best. Artikchokes, bratwurst and sourkraut, and enchiladas.
My cooking triumphs
I have made a great tuna noodle casserole, bratwurst and sourkraut, tortilla rolls, and stuffed mushrooms and quite a bit of other things. My best I think is my shrimp chow mein.
My cooking tragedies
So far I have been lucky that I havent butchered any meal. I did try and cook a non-ripe artikchoke...and that was not so yummy.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
This recipe the first time i made it was fantastic. My husband brought it to work and a friend of his who is a chef said that it was terrific. The second time i made this i think i messed up the sauce because it didnt turn out as good. Thank you very much for the recipe!
