Breaded Brussels Sprouts
I made it for Thanksgiving dinner this year, the only thing I added to the recipe was pancetta, but this is GREAT as is.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are great, follow the exact recipe, use Ghiardelli chips and add just a dash more oil.
