ooohhh dear....where do i start?!! one good one was when i tried making snickerdoodles and QUICKLY learned the difference between baking POWDER and baking SODA!....needless to say i am NOT A BAKER!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Awesome! this was my very first time making homemade soup! it was so good and easy! i followed it exactly except i also added some carrots. that whole flour mixture stuff really confused me...but it turned out! oh ya and i added italian bread crumbs to thicken it! works wonders! my fiance said it was the best soup he has ever had!:)

Pork Fried Rice
this was really good! i had leftover boneless pork chops so i used that and some minute rice(let it chill in fridge for a bit). i did make a couple changes..i used some sesame oil with the butter, didnt have broccoli or peas so i put some celery and mushrooms. also added 1/8 tsp hoisin sauce as well. It is great!!

Shrimp Scampi IV
This was awesome and sooo quick and easy...no idea why it says total cook time 45 min! i didnt have onions so i just added onion powder. I also added some lemon juice, pepper and old bay! Delicious!! will definitely make again!
