Carolina Country Style Ribs
Yum! My family won't be able to get to Carolina this year and I think I'm more upset about missing the bbq than the beach. This is an awesome substitute. Thank you!

Grilled Beer Chicken
I used chicken breasts and lemon pepper instead of seasoning salt (because that's all I had), and really loved it! The chicken was very moist. We will be using this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Loved this recipe! It's quick and easy, and I like my dumplings a little gooey. Only change I made was that I used 1/2 a bag of frozen pearl onions. Thanks for this!
