This recipe is absolutely DELICIOUS. Just make sure to use very ripe peaches. I don't roll out the crust. It can just be pressed right into the pan.

I have made this recipe many, many times and always get RAVE reviews. I DO cheat and use pie pre-made crusts when I'm in a hurry. However, last fall, I entered the pie in the local pie-making contest, so I HAD to make the crust from scratch. It was awesome...and I made the recipe completely as directed. By the way, my BUMBLEBERRY PIE won 2nd PRIZE. You won't be disappointed with this recipe, fellow pie lovers!

This recipe should have baking powder, not baking soda in the bottom crust. Made many years.
