Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
I love this recipe and also saute spinach in the balsamic vinegar and that is even better!

Golden Pork Chops
I will prepare this again, but next time I will use more seasoning. I sauteed the onions and mushrooms first added salt and pepper to them, but the sauce was still a little bland. I think I'll try them with a little garlic salt next time.
