Soft Gingersnaps
WARNING! These things are AMAZING! I just made them today and I can not stop eating them. I couldn't stop eating the dough and now I can not stop eating them. I hate to say I won't be able to make them very much or I'll explode. I also used red and green sugar as well as the white. It makes them look really festive on the plate.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This recipe is great. I used italian bread, added more garlic and 1/4c of milk to the meatballs. I browned them first before putting them in the sauce. My family is picky about tomatoes so I also blended them first and I left out the bay leaf. My husband was very pleased! Wow! Now that's impressive. I had double the meat so I made extra meatballs that I put in a baking dish and cooked at 350 in the oven. I'm not sure how long. I just kept checking it. As soon as I took them out, my husband immediately put them in a roll and ate them. Success!
