Apple Crumb Pie
This recipe is delicious. The filling was very runny because I made the mistake of doubling the sugar/flour/cinnamon since I had a 10 inch deep pie plate I used almost 11 cups of apples. Even though it's runny it still tastes fantastic. I was looking for more of an apple crisp so I didn't use a pie crust on the bottom. Absolutely fantastic.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
WOW. This was so delicious. It was a little time consuming but it was so worth it. I doubled the raspberry sauce, doubled the cookie crumbs for the crust and used 10 oz. bakers white chocolate instead of white chocolate chips. So fabulous, I brought it to work and everyone loved it.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This was my first cheesecake and it turned out creamy and delicious but looked absolutely terrible. The looking terrible part was my fault though. I was so concerned about overmixing that I missed a swoop of sour cream - there's a bright white swirl on the top of my cake. Also, I added the vanilla and then the flour and should have mixed the vanilla in first because there are little chunks of vanilla-y flour scattered throughout. Now I know for next time, just a little more mixing and possibly sifting that flour so it doesn't get chunky. Anyway, awesome recipe. Very easy, very delicious.
