Beer Batter for Fish
This was great! I added a little Old Bay seasoning and some onion powder which give it just a bit more flavor. Next time will half the recipe cause I did have some left over and I also used it on shrimp at the same meal. Will try it on mushrooms next time! Great recipe. Thanks.

Baked Cornish Game Hens
Just tried the recipe and did not change a thing. The hens turned out fantastic and having the veggies inside made a complete meal. I added a salad and beverage and dinner was great. Very easy to prepare and baking time was just right.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
I decided to try the original recipe without making any changes and although it turned out great, I do feel it does need more flavor. I will use the suggestions from other reviewers the next time I make this dish. It was very easy to prepare and easy to reheat the leftovers at work the next day.
