Pumpkin Buns
I made this using all-purpose flour instead of whole wheat. I also added some pumpkin pie spice. They were pretty good, but I think they could use some more flavor. Maybe some more pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
Oh my goodness. This was the best chocolate cake I've ever had. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I made cupcakes with it. They were so moist and gooey, even after I put some of them in the fridge. No need for frosting at all. I took the cupcakes to work, and everyone raved about them. I may try adapting the recipe so that I can make it from scratch and without the mix, but it's not at all necessary. This cake is awesome as it is!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Great frosting! Not too sweet or too heavy. I used this on some lemon cupcakes and it turned out great. Very good consistency for either spreading or piping. I spread the leftover frosting on some graham crackers. Love it!
