Mrs. Baxton's Long Island Iced Tea
Summertime and this drink just go together. MMM An alternate version, the Long Beach, use silver tequila instead of gold and sub cranberry juice for the cola.

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
Creamy cool pumpkin goodness! This is one excellent dessert and a nice change from the standard pumpkin pie. I doubled the crust by adding an equal amount of vanilla wafers but left everything for the filling the same. I will definitely be making this one again! Thanks!

I found this recipe last summer, bought the ingredients and measured out for a pitcher to take to a party It was such a big hit that a couple of us had to leave to go buy more! Delicious, not too sweet and perfect for a hot summer night.
