I think this recipe is awsome!!! I've never made this before and I've always thought it was complicated. I saw the recipe and thought I'd give it a shot. Yum! Just like Mexico! My husband who is from the capital of Mexico loved it. So much in fact that he ate more than half by himself! I warmed up the baking pan in a water bath before pouring the melted sugar and I used 4 eggs instead of 3 and baked it in a water bath. I cooked it for 60 minutes the 1st time and it never did completely set, so I added 5 more minutes the 2nd and it was perfect.
