Pumpkin Muffins II
I used 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 1/2 cup quick oats and 1/2 cup oat bran in place of the 3 cups all purpose flour. I also used 1 cup white and 1 cup brown sugar and omitted the 1 tsp all spice for about 1/2 tsp. ginger. VERY good! A new favorite at our house!
