Ultimate Breakfast Casserole
This was very tastey! I added bacon and a roll of sausage to mine and used 4 eggs instead of 3 because I have some egg lovers. I also used the southern style hash browns for a chunkier texture. I added 2 cups of shredded cheese at the end instead of the butter. There was PLENTY left over and it does reheat well. Next time I might play around with it and add different veggies or meats. Great recipe!

Good for You Greek Salad
I enjoyed this salad. It was quick and easy and healthy! I tossed it in the greek dressing I found on this site and put the mixture on top of romaine lettuce and sprinkled with feta cheese. Very good for summer cook-outs! Will make again...next time may top with grilled chicken strips.

Lazy Baked Macaroni and Cheese
I modified this recipe quite a bit. I added chopped smoked kielbasa and about 8 strips of diced bacon(used half of salt called for). I didnt have evaporated milk so I used 8 oz heavy whipping creme and heated this with 3 TBSP of butter and half a block of cream cheese to make creamy. I baked it covered with foil to keep noodles from getting too crunchy. At about 50 minutes into baking, I took out and sprinkle with shredded sharp chedar and parmesan and elted before serving.
