Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
This was a wonderfully moist recipe. I didn't add the coconut. This is my new favorite recipe!

Drop Biscuits and Gravy
I have never made biscuits and gravy before, but my husband loves them. I left the sausage out of this and added some creole seasoning to give it a little kick. My husband absolutely loved it!

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli
This was delicious. I used black beans instead of navy and penne pasta and doubled the parmesan. I left out the 5 cups of water because my husband doesn't like soups. It turned out really yummy and I will definitely be making this again.
