Four Cheese Macaroni
I followed Kimzee's directions and made a few changes. -I used different cheeses: 2 c Munster, 1 c Vermont cheddar, 1 c sharp cheddar -I had some heavy cream on hand that I needed to use so I used 1 c heavy cream and 1 c 2% -I caramelized onions and green peppers and added them to the mix Enjoy!

Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Quick and easy. Very Delicious! I used regular carrots and cut them up into round slices. I then sauteed them with some onions I was caramelizing.
