I love to experiment with meals, especially with the crock pot. The true test is will my 2 young daughters like it? I work nights, so it has to be easy for my "Loving Other" to dish up for them. Anything flavorful,unique. I love to grill, even in the winter on better days. My Grandmother would pull out her "I Hate to Cook Book" which had some of the best tasting recipes in it. She would let me help her since she was a full time teacher and....well hated to cook! I catered my own wedding many years ago. I also used to have Theme parties such as Mexican, Italian. Everyone seemed to love my cooking, or they were just being polite. They would however come back for more! My "Loving Other" eats up everything and well... loves it! Tried to bake some Irish bread last year. I could have used it to break a window. It didn't even rise right. My daughters tell me when also. It's tough. They both like different things!
