Wonderful recipe! We have a coffee shop nearby that makes these with white chocolate chips and raspberries or dried apricots. Now I can make a whole batch for what it costs for one at the coffee shop. Thanks!

This one gets five stars for two reasons: 1- it is a classic recipe, and 2- I now have microwave directions to make it! It took forever to make in the oven and I'm glad to see that there is a microwave recipe cause it is so much quicker!

Almond Cherry Fudge

Hmmm...I have mixed feelings about this recipe. I loved the taste of it, but mine never "set" quite right. Lol...ok, not much at all. I think I may have over greased the foil. I will try this again and hopefully next time I can get it to set right.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

This recipe caught my eye because we live in Northern Indiana and I bet I know which Amish Inn the original poster is talking about (their food is phenomenal). Anyhow...made this for breakfast on Christmas morning and it turned out wonderfully! This is a keeper and although it is a little work it is well worth the results!

Breakfast Pizza

If I could I would give this recipe more stars! I first had this at a moms group I attend. I was overjoyed when I saw this recipe on this site. Anyhow, I have made this recipe several times now, and we love it! It is nice to have something "different" for breakfast. Also, I have to agree with other reviewers that the eggs don't look like enough, but the amount is perfect.

Bean N Corn Salad

Hmm...not quite what i was expecting. I do have to say that it was very close to the bean salad that u would find in a deli. Besides all the sugar this recipe is pretty healthy which is why I made it. Overall this recipe is probably decent, just not what I was expecting at all.

These are quick, easy, and excellent! The only advice I have to someone who might make this recipe is to not make more than you need. They get soggy after a day or so. But so yummy!

Asian-Glazed 'Melt-in-Your-Mouth' Pork Tenderloin

This is excellent. I did not have the time to let the meat brine, and it was still excellent! I can only imagine what it tastes like after brining! I made double the recipe and it was gone within the same day. I basically broiled the tenderloins and near the end glazed them with the sauce as well as served them with it. We also had a chicken fried rice recipe from this website the same night. Excellent! Thanks for the post!
