Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
This is the perfect way to cook Bacon. After cooled, I enclose numerous pieces in parchment paper and then put all in a 2 gallon plastic bag and freeze. When I need bacon, I take out portions and reheat in Micro and it's ready for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I cook it just slightly underdone..so when i micro it it won't be over cooked as it does cook more when reheating. I made F-toast and Pancakes and freeze so Breakfast is a snap for these things..just take out and micro and serve. Hubby comes in for breakfast, (never at the same time whenever he can break free) so I can have him served in a couple of minutes. Heat the syrup too. Thanks for posting so I could contribute.

Old-Fashioned Roasted Pecans
I used mixed nuts w/out peanuts & 1/2 white and brown sugar and fresh cracked black pepper ( only) and bagged up in indiviual bags to each I added dried cranberries. Bought similar at Costco and wanted to try it at home. Turned out very good. Thank you so much for sharing the master recipe.
