About this Cook
I am now a stay at home mom worked on and off for 10 yrs. I love cooking for people. I love my husband, he is a great support, he likes to cook too he cooks dinners and rolls, bread and pie crusts, so we are happiest in the kitchen. I also like to read good books and find new hobbies to try, i want to go to school to do hair, i love to play around with it and do up dos on my girls. my sister passed away march 1st 2007 so i am now raising her 2 kids also.

Cookies are my favorite things to bake and try new desserts recipes, and like to have company over and cook for them.

Me and my kids make all kinds of cookies, and cakes and give them away to people.

I like to try and create my own recipes for dinners. or add new things to old recipes.
My cooking tragedies
At first i burned cookies then i could not find the right way to cook them and make them. Now i am so good people tell me to open up my own cookie shop.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I loved this recipe my kids will not stay out of these cookies, i wanted to give them to friends and they were gone to fast. I did add half milk chocolate chips and half butterscotch chips and added coconuts and walnuts so good try it and so they wouldnt go hard i add a slice a bread to my storage of the cookies it keeps them soft.
