Southwestern Egg Rolls
I used egg roll wrappers and browned the egg rolls in a little oil on the stove. The filling was DELICIOUS and turned out great. I will definitely make these again.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II
The cake turned out much flatter than it appears in the picture, but tastes DELICIOUS! I planned to top it with ganache and strawberries, but the cake is so rich it doesn't need anything else. I'll definitely make this again.

Baked Salmon II
Delicious! I made this exactly according to the recipe, but next time I might cut down on the olive oil a bit. The salmon turned out very moist, and my kitchen didn't smell like fish for days after I baked the fish! This recipe is definitely a keeper!
